Documentation Requirements 

As from 1st March, the AICC can now provide a handling legalisation service for shipping and regulatory & corporate affairs documentation.

  • All shipments must be completed on a European Certificate of Origin which is available from your local Chamber and then stamped by your local Chamber before sending to the AICC for legalisation.
  • For Regulatory & Corporate Affairs documentation, documentation must either be stamped by your local Chamber of Commerce of by the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT).  The AICC can arrange to have documents stamped by the DFAT before sending for the Egyptian Embassy for legalisation.
Costs 
  • Legalisation fees is a fixed fee of €80.00 per commercial document
