The A I M Congress 2015, on the theme "Sustainable Development through FDI Induced Innovation and Technology Transfer" will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the Patronage of H.H. Andreas Paulicks 
Senior Partner of PM & Partner (PM&P):

Andreas is a Senior Partner at PM&P, with more than 20 years’ experience in assisting companies in international strategic marketing, including large corporations from the US and Europe.

He conducted market studies, developed market entry strategies and assisted in investment projects (M&A, Joint Ventures, Greenfielding) for EMERSON, ABB, MICHELIN, HAMON and DELPHI.

Andreas played a key role in developing PM&P’s services for investment promotion agencies in order to attract investors in various sectors of industry. He headed projects for the European Union as well as for different German Government institutions. Main regional focus has been Europe, North America and the MENA-region. Prior to this, he graduated in Economics and Marketing Management.

Douglas van den Berghe 
CEO and founder of Investment Consulting Associates (ICA), Amsterdam- Netherlands:

Douglas is founding partner of Investment Consulting Associates (ICA), Location Selector and ICA incentives, with 15 years experience in location selection, location optimization and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) advisory and strategy consulting. His previous experience includes Director of Ernst & Young – International Location Advisory Services (Europe) United Nations and KPMG. Advised in establishing a centralized finance organization in Eastern Europe.

Joachim Arnold 
Senior Consultant with PM & Partner (PM&P):

Joachim is Senior Consultant with PM & Partner, a German consulting firm providing marketing and business development support to industrial companies as well as to investment promotion agencies. Joachim has over 7 years of experience in marketing international investment destinations and attracting foreign direct investment from Europe. Recently he has supported primarily emerging economies in the Middle East and Africa to increase the share of European FDI. Besides his experience in working with international IPAs he consults corporate clients on foreign market development strategies.

Lisa Cook:

Dr. Lisa D. Cook is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and in International Relations (James Madison College) at Michigan State University. As a Marshall Scholar, she received a second B.A. from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Dr. Cook earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Among her current research interests are economic growth and development, financial institutions and markets, innovation, and economic history. As a Senior Economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers during the 2011-2012 academic year, Dr. Cook worked on the euro zone, financial instruments, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Tim Rogmans 
Assistant Professor College of Business, Zayed University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Tim Rogmans is Assistant Professor at the College of Business at Zayed University in Dubai, where he teaches courses in Strategy, Economics and Management. His research and consulting work is in the areas of International Business, Business Planning and Strategy with a focus on the MENA region. He is the author of the book ‘The Emerging Markets of the Middle East; Strategies for Entry and Growth’ and co-editor of the casebook ‘Actions and Insights Middle East North Africa: Managing in Uncertain Times’. He serves as Board Member of the Academy of International Business – MENA Chapter.
